I’ve always believed that the most nourishing meals are the ones made with intention and love. Growing up in a busy household where my mom juggled career and family, I learned early that food is so much more than sustenance—it’s connection, comfort, and care wrapped up in a single dish.

After a decade of working in the wellness industry and discovering how profoundly food impacts our lives, I made the leap to create FeelGoodBite. This space is dedicated to sharing recipes that nourish both body and soul—dishes that are easy enough for busy weeknights but impressive enough for Sunday dinners with loved ones.

Today, I’m thrilled to share my kitchen with you. Every recipe here has been tested, tasted, and perfected in my own home. My mission is simple: to help you create meals that make you feel good—inside and out.

I hold a certification in Holistic Nutrition and spent five years working as a wellness coach. This background shaped my understanding of how food influences not just our taste buds, but our energy, mood, and overall wellbeing. It’s why every recipe is crafted with care.

🌍 Where I’m Based

I call Portland, Oregon home—a city that inspired my love for local, seasonal ingredients and farmers’ markets. Living here taught me that the best recipes celebrate what’s available and in-season, connecting us to the land and the seasons.

📚 Published Work

My cookbook “Feel Good From Within” was published in 2022, featuring 75 recipes designed to nourish your body and soul. I’ve also contributed to wellness publications and collaborated with brands aligned with my mission of making healthy eating approachable and joyful.
